Salary: £40,000-45,000 a year plus 10% bonus and benefits

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7)

As Front of House Manager at AEG Presents newest venue, Watford Colosseum, you'll run the show behind the scenes, creating unforgettable experiences for artists and fans alike!

Your Role: 

  • Lead all bars, merchandise, security and stewarding operations
  • Plan and manage entire events, working with our venue management team
  • Ensure promoters' needs are met while following safety rules and budgets
  • Build and motivate an outstanding team that delivers AEG's famous Best In Class service
  • Step up as Duty Manager when needed
  • Serve as a venue licensee

You Should Have:

  • Experience in a busy customer-facing role in live events or entertainment
  • Leadership experience in a high-profile venue
  • Budget management skills
  • Ability to inspire teams to deliver amazing customer service
  • Personal alcohol license
  • Willingness to work the unusual hours live events demand
  • Safety qualifications (IOSH, Risk Assessment, or Crowd Safety) or willingness to train

Where: You'll be based at the venue in Watford. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends at events.
